2. Basic Die Design sketching and Hand calculations
3. Parting line location and Calculation for the side cores
4. Insert layout, Sliders movement, Machine size selection for production
5. CAD Design of PDC Mould
6. Shrinkage allowances, Tolerences and fits used in moving parts
7. Core and Cavity Inserts, Mould Block, Ejector Pins location, Shot Sleeve calculations
8. Runner and Gate Design calculations
9. Ejector pin types, Slider types, Use of Hydraulic Cylinders
10. Production Guidelines and Checklists
11. After Production Operations - Finishing, Machining, Packaging
