• Defining role of each of the Team Member
• Evaluating the Bill of Material based on project requirements
• Setting up the plan for Inhouse Machining or Outsourcing of individual items
• Assigning the tasks, to the individual Team Members, and Monitoring them effectively
• Preparing Weekly / Monthly Reports for the stakeholders
• Making deliverables, packaging, QC reports, Engneering Documentation, MIS - Reports
