Well, during my professional career, I took challanges to change directions, and entered in to completely different engineering and technology fields.
I worked hard and systematically, to learn the processes and built great teams that delivered results.
   I got failures many times, and these failures directed me in a new direction.
   The major thing is that you will automatically come to know when to stop taking anymore losses, and then you decide, to change the direction.
   If you plan your budget of Stress and Money ahead, you will be more comfortable in handling the situations.
   I still continue to abide by this practice, and it has been great experience.
